Yogurt is one of the best sources of probiotics, the friendly bacteria that can improve your little one's gut health. Try out this easy and extremely nutritious snack for your toddler this week.

Ingredients

¼ cup (40g) frozen mixed berries, thawed

    Time total
  • Place yoghurt in a small bowl; push berries through a sieve; discard seeds; spoon berry puree over yoghurt and mix through.

    TIP:

Try with other berry varieties if desired. If baby is just starting on solids, quantity may be too much. Simply place half in an airtight container and store in the fridge for 24 hours for later use.
